The rooms are spacious, and the Wi-Fi connection is reliable.

The hotel room was very clean, the grounds were immaculate, the yard was very well kept and the staff was very helpful and courteous!!

The bed was kind of too hard and the balcony open into a busy street and soccer stadium, a lot of noise.

The hotel is a great area. The parking is free but on the weekend it's hard to get parking The room is small compared to other, but it's clean and the furniture is not old ir beat up. I would defeanity stay here next time.

Rooms are fairly quiet with a particularly nice view. Reasonably priced food for dinner and breakfast. - Excellent service and great breakfast. - Convenient location right by the airport and other touristic sites.

We also appreciated the reasonably priced and delicious food, especially the buffet breakfast with a variety of savory options and a healthy green drink. this hotel provided excellent value for money and we would definitely recommend it.

Ok hotel, very friendly staff but no one spoke English except for 1 belboy. Hotel's restaurant was very mediocre and didn't enjoy the meals. Hotels locationg is quite far from the Center of Guadlajara so a Taxi ride to anywhere interesting

The fact that the hotel had a swimming pool was a great bonus, especially during the hot weather.
